Payment Card and New Payment Features:

Supports electronic Payment processing of all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and Discover) and PIN-less debit cards.

Support for swiped card Payments to minimize manual data entry for each New Payment processed using optional PP-55 swipe device.

Swipe and Process feature speeds the Payment data entry and minimizes input errors.

Process Similar Payment feature supports rapid processing of Payments when multiple similar Payments are required.

Order Number generation is automatic for each New Payment.

Payment History Features:

Configurable Payment History folders display and store recently completed Payments sorted by type (All Payments, Approved Payments, Declined Payments, Unknown Payments, Marked Payments).

Ability to e-mail a single Payment or entire Payment list(s) to a user-defined Merchant e-mail address.

Peripheral Features:

Soft and hard cradles (optional) for BlackBerry, Printer/Swipe-Device/Barcode Scanner ensures compact all-in-one solution that eliminates the need to carry additional Payment devices.

Printer (optional) is available for printing Customer and Merchant receipts.

Card swipe (optional) is available for obtaining Payment card and Customer data from the Payment card.

Barcode scanner (optional) supports receipt scanning and Universal Product Code (UPC) scanning.

Receipt Features:

Supports display and printing of Merchant and Customer receipts for New Payments or locally stored Payments in the Payment History folders (Optional, requires a supported printer be attached and properly configured).

Supports e-mail notification to a Customer’s e-mail address (optional) for each New Payment processed.

Supports the e-mail of the Customer and Merchant receipt to the Merchant’s e-mail address for each Payment.

Supports barcode scanning of product codes or order number to the comment field. (Optional, requires a barcode scanner be attached and properly configured).

Additional Skipjack Financial Services Features Supported:

No separate SSL certificate is required. Uses Skipjack Financial Services proven, secure, real-time Payment processing network using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)/HTTPS protocols.

Skipjack Transaction Network Address Verification Service (AVS) and Security Code support (CVV2/CVC2/CID) helps to reduce incidences of fraud.

Merchant-defined comments may be entered and stored (optional) with each Payment and saved in the Merchant Register. (Merchant Register access requires PC with Internet connection.).

Advanced Skipjack Financial Services Payment processing functions are supported using the Merchant Services Register including: Settlement options, Recurring Payments, Credits (Refunds), and Voids (Delete). (Merchant Register access requires PC with Internet connection.).
